Services
At Your Recovery Your Way, we are dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and compassionate space for individuals to explore mental health challenges and work towards their goals.

Our Services
Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Our psychosocial recovery coaches take a holistic approach to your mental and physical health, drawing from their lived experience with psychosocial disability and mental health issues. We collaborate with you, your family, carers, and networks to build trusting relationships and develop a personalized recovery plan. Together, we celebrate your strengths and focus on nutrition, sleep patterns, stress levels, thought patterns, relationships with others, and your relationship with yourself.
Individual Recovery Plan
Working closely with you, we create an individual recovery plan tailored to your specific mental health concerns. This plan includes coping strategies, identification of triggers, and information on seeking support in a crisis. We assist you in managing day-to-day challenges and recognizing when you may be struggling mentally.
Ongoing Support
We provide continuous support and encouragement, helping you improve or maintain daily healthy habits such as sleep routines, nutritious eating, and regular exercise. We emphasize the importance of daily rituals, such as meditation, practicing positive affirmations, and journaling, to promote well-being.
Support Coordination
Our support coordination services assist you in understanding your plan, accessing appropriate mental health services, community support, and NDIS-funded supports. We provide information to help you access health and mental health organizations, assist with communication needs, provide guidance in navigating the justice system, and explore accommodation options.
Support Work
We offer support with daily living skills to enhance or maintain your independence. Our dedicated support workers can assist with home maintenance, meal preparation, finance management, and engagement in community activities and recreational pursuits.
Boxing
As part of our holistic approach to recovery, we provide personalized boxing training for NDIS participants. Our support workers are trained in boxing and hold Level 1 accreditation with BoxingWA. Boxing can be a powerful outlet for physical fitness, self-confidence, and stress relief.
